Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange Policy

The Closet Laboratory offers a 14 days return policy for domestic orders & 21 days for international orders. If 14 days / 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a copy of invoice and return & exchange form.

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color only. We also accept exchanges if the item(s) are defective or damaged.  

Noted: International is not eligible for exchanges at this point. 

Noted: shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable

Note: We do not accept responsibility for packages that are not shipped by The Closet Laboratory official site.

Due to health restrictions and sanitary reasons, we do not accept any returns of the items that are used and opened. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (i.e.: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made. 

Note: All accessories, intimates and beauty items are final sales, no return or exchange. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. Please make sure to have your return & exchanged form filled out and placed inside of the shipping package

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, an notification email will be sent to you for indication of approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. 

Noted: shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please note that it usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve contacted you bank/credit card company, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@theclosetlaboratory.com.

Sale items/ Discount Code

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you send any Final Sale items back to us for a return/change, we will not be able to process a refund/exchange. 

All discount codes must apply check out . Offer subject to change. No price adjustment for prior purchases. Cannot be combine with other offers. Discount is not applicable to taxes or shipping charges.
