Return & Exchange

Policy

The Closet Laboratory offers a 14 days return policy for domestic orders & 21 days for international orders. If 14 days / 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color only. We also accept exchanges if the item(s) are defective or damaged.  

Noted: International is not eligible for exchanges at this point. 

Noted: shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable

Due to health restrictions and sanitary reasons, we do not accept any returns of the items that are used and opened. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (i.e.: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made. 

Note: All accessories, intimates and beauty items are final sales, no return or exchange. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. Please make sure to have your return & exchanged form filled out and placed inside of the shipping package

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately, shipping cost will not be refunded.

Note: A processing fee of $5.99 will be required for payment method via Paypal and Credit Card for any refunds, this amount of deduction will be reflected on your refund. We DO NOT issue any partial refund to any transactions. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
